Operations and delivery leader with 15+ years of experience that began in large-scale portfolio and program delivery and has evolved into building the operational frameworks that help enable global scale. Today my focus is on creating the structures, planning models, and processes that allow cross-functional teams to operate with clarity, align around shared metrics, and drive predictable growth and better decision-making at the executive leadership level.A big part of my role is translating operational data into insights that help leadership teams understand performance, model future scenarios, and make informed strategic decisions through global operational planning and cross-functional initiatives.What I enjoy most about this work is seeing the transformation our teams create for clients. Through SaaS platforms and intelligent digital experiences supporting large enterprise organizations, our teams help clients rethink how they operate, make decisions, and engage with their customers. My role focuses on building the operational frameworks and planning structures that allow our teams to scale that work globally.
