Vice President of Development and Operations for Constellation Place, LLC and Century City Realty, LLC, affiliates of JMB Realty Corporation. Responsible for overseeing the management and leasing of the square foot Constellation Place office tower, as well as playing a key role in the entitlement of the proposed square foot LEED Platinum Century City Center office development. Actively involved in JMB’s sustainability efforts, including the installation of nearly one megawatt of solar photovoltaics adjacent to Constellation Place, and most recently, the installation of two-200 kWh energy fuel cells. These energy initiatives, in addition to significant physical retrofits and operational changes have resulted in LEED Gold certification for Constellation Place as well as a significant reduction in reliance on the grid. Over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry; member of Building Owners and Managers Association; serves on the Board of the Century City Chamber; and is a founding Executive Board Member of the Century City Business Improvement District and the Century City Transportation Management Organization. Serves on the executive committee of the Los Angeles Business Council and holds a business seat on the Westside Neighborhood Council.
