Overseeing the Category Managers, strategy design and implementation. I work heavily with internal teams as well as with customers and suppliers. I am responsible for target setting, challenging the approach and direction of the Category Managers and overarching strategy of the Place Category. I currently manage 6 Category Mangers, with over a wider team of 28 procurement professionals.
