   I handle large, complex restructuring cases and out-of-court corporate reorganizations for public and private companies, as well as for alternative investment funds. I routinely handle representations for both debtors and creditors. I\'m dedicated to understanding the intricacies of my clients’ businesses and tailor legal strategy to meet those commercial objectives. I regularly represent debtors, official and unofficial committees of creditors, secured lender groups, DIP lenders and acquirers of assets. I am also a speaker at major financial restructuring and distressed investments industry events. Some of my recent matters have included: • Representing an ad hoc group of bondholders of CSI Compressco LP in connection with the company’s exchange offer for certain newly issued notes. • Representing Hospital Acquisition, LLC, as debtor, in the company’s chapter 11 cases. • Representing Martin Midstream Partners L.P. in the restructuring of their 7.25% Unsecured Notes due 2021. • Representing New Mountain Finance Corporation in its capacities as shareholder, prepetition lender, prepetition agent, DIP lender, DIP agent, and stalking horse bidder in the chapter 11 cases of Permian Tank & Manufacturing, Inc. • Representing the Independent Board of Directors of Remington Outdoor Company, Inc. in connection with the development, structuring and implementation of a restructuring of the company and its affiliates. • Representing Tapstone Energy LLC in its $65 million bid for substantially all of the assets of Templar Energy LLC.
