I was in Human Resources my whole career until 2022 when I was asked to step into a Learning & Development role. I created needs assessments which I analyzed the results and provided solutions. I worked with leaders to find solutions to development needs, so the business and employees would grow. I helped solved one of the biggest challenge- talent pipeline. I helped develop a 16 week underwriting trainee program which graduated 20 associate underwriters. As a HRBP, I work with leaders to develop and drive successful people strategies that deliver business results.
