About Sarah Schnee
I am an Organizational Development (OD) consultant, coach, entrepreneur, teacher, and writer with over 15 years of strong results and experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership and learning, change/transition management, and business transformations. I design and deliver leadership experiences and trainings, and change strategy and programs that grow people and align them with business strategy. I am passionate about pioneering cutting-edge impactful programs, people strategy and practices, and products for progressive companies that accelerate business goals, transform people, deepen the humanity in business, and help us reimagine the world of work.My work has been focused at the level of C-suite and senior leadership.
