As a licensed structural engineer, I\'ve had the chance to do a little bit of everything - and I wouldn\'t have it any other way.From ground-up hotels and senior living communities to industrial warehouses, renovations, and the occasional oddball project that keeps things interesting, I thrive on the variety and challenge that each project brings. I have a strong focus in essential facilities design — fire stations, police stations, and other Risk Category IV structures - those are my fav!Internally at PES, I help shape the way we work through process development, standards implementation, and training, and I lead our recruiting and onboarding efforts to ensure our teams start strong and stay strong. I’m also passionate about continuing education and helping engineers grow in their careers.Outside of PES, I serve as President of SEAOG, where I advocate for our industry and community of structural professionals across Georgia.When I’m not designing, mentoring, or organizing something, I’m out on the pickleball court, planning my next travel itinerary, or nerding out over wine — I’m a Level 2 WSET-certified wine enthusiast, and always happy to recommend a great bottle.
