With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector development and inclusion field, I am passionate about creating solutions that empower underserved and vulnerable populations around the world. As an independent consultant, I bring the best innovative approaches to my global and domestic clients to support them in their mission. My career journey has included serving in the Peace Corps in West Africa, leading mobile banking pilot projects and research initiatives at the World Bank, advising and seeding innovation within the U.S. financial services industry at the Financial Health Network, leveraging human-centered design and customer insights to build innovative insurance products at Swiss Re, and executing on tactical and strategic projects as a management consultant with Guidehouse.
