About Sarah Rombom
Sarah Rombom, Managing Director, is the Head of the International Joint Ventures (IJV) Office. The IJV office will ensure proper connectivity, consistency and bring efficient access to the resources of the firm to our international joint ventures including.Ms. Rombom\'s service at BlackRock dates back to 2004. Prior to her current role, Sarah was the APAC Chief Operating officer, responsible for strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and oversaw business management for the region. Prior to that, Sarah held several leadership roles in the Aladdin organization, including COO of Aladdin Engineering and Head of Aladdin Product Management.During her career at BlackRock, Sarah has led several cultural initiatives including BlackRock Gives NY and WIN EAST. She is a member of BlackRock’s Global Operating Committee, Global DEI Steering Committee and APAC Executive Committee.
