I lead the strategic development and implementation of multidimensional wellness and activity programs across a variety of care settings, helping teams bring creativity, purpose, and joy into every interaction.With 15+ years in the wellness world (and more than half of that in my current role), I’ve built a career around training, program innovation, and customer support—always with the goal of making wellness/activities programs engaging, meaningful, and fun.I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and a strength programming specialist for older adults through ACE Fitness.
