Key AchievementsAs an accounting manager, I know from experience the importance of being able to adapt and communicate in a fast-moving collaborative environment. I’ve helped spearhead significant projects, including the successful design and implementation of a new ERP system and expense management software within the required 6-month timeline. I persevered during this challenge hitting all key performance indicators to streamline operations and improve financial accuracy. Collaborating with the CFO, I monitor essential cash flow data and perform monthly bonus calculations for over 40 Sales VPs and Managers.Leadership/ManagementThe best leaders are learners. I incorporate these skills into my daily work by supervising and mentoring the Accounts Payable team and Sr. Staff Accountant to support their professional growth.
