With over eight years of experience in the community association management industry, I serve as the Vice President of Sandcastle Community Management, bringing a strong background in CAM leadership, administrative operations, and branch-level financial oversight. I am a licensed Community Association Manager and Notary Public, with additional internal leadership training that supports my ability to lead both people and processes effectively.In my role, I directly manage our CAM and administrative teams, providing operational guidance, compliance oversight, and performance coaching. I am also responsible for the branch’s financial health, including revenue management, expense control, and strategic resource planning. I work in close partnership with board members, vendors, and corporate leadership to ensure we meet—and exceed—the expectations of our clients.My focus is on driving efficiency, maintaining accountability, and delivering results across our portfolio. Whether it\'s leading community transitions, restructuring teams, or refining internal procedures, I approach each challenge with a mindset of integrity, problem-solving, and long-term improvement.I am passionate about raising the standard for community management through collaboration, proactive leadership, and a dedication to service excellence.
