Electrical characterization of vertical 3D NAND Non-volatile memory array technology using state-of-the-art parametric analyzers and probe cards for multi-level cell (MLC) applications.• Trim development to optimize 3D NAND performance.• Verify various functionalities of NAND on SSD platform and bench.• Develop platform code to support NAND memory component testing on MagRWB platform. • Design experiments on MagRWB platform to debug product performance issues. • Use device physics to identify the root cause of NAND performance issues. • Research and development on chip testing methods of 3D non-volatile memory array devices to improve multi-level states programming.• Optimize trims to improve product performance that are to be released to production. • Electrical characterization of the functionality of non-volatile memory based on CMOS arrays on wafer level to verify effect of programming matrices on the NVM memory.• Validate product meets specification requirements.
