That belief comes to life in my current role as Coordinator of Men’s Basketball Championships – Final Four at the NCAA, where I have the privilege of helping bring to life one of the most iconic and impactful events in all of sports: the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship.What makes this work so meaningful to me is the opportunity to create exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the student-athletes. From the moment their teams arrive in the host cities to their final moments on the court, I take pride in supporting their journey and shaping an environment that reflects the significance of their achievement. Being part of the team that helps bring those dreams to life, both on and off the court, has solidified my commitment to a career rooted in operational excellence and athlete-centered service.Prior to my current role, I had the opportunity to work with the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Charlotte Hornets where I gained invaluable experience in dynamic, fast-paced professional sports organization environments. Whether coordinating community outreach programs or supporting high-profile marketing campaigns, I learned that every detail matters and that excellence is achieved through collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to the organization’s mission.Working within professional sports organizations has taught me the importance of a team-first culture. Success in sports is never about one person, rather, it’s about bringing together diverse talents and perspectives to achieve common goals. I thrive in environments where open communication, mutual respect, and a collective passion for the game fuel day-to-day operations and long-term success.
