I change the lives of youth by giving them hope through mentoring. I am able to help youth through the power of fundraising. Fundraising includes planning and implementing 2 major events, researching and writing grants and individual donor development. In addition, I have the opportunity to recruit mentors and youth into the program through presentations, community events and corporate partnerships. Finally, I work with a local board of business professionals who help us grow and sustain the program.
