Translate the company\'s strategy into an actionable business plan (5+ year horizon). To bring together long term and emerging investment needs from across the business and provide a framework to prioritise funding, make trade-offs, timely decision making and planning for the future needs and goals- Business Partner with the support functions (including Digital) covering totex and performance, c.£1bn pa opex and £0.3bn pa Digital investment, using Anaplan modelling software- Provide insight to Senior Leaders, Executive and Board, to inform business decisions- Undertake regular stakeholder engagement sessions, to review, align and agree future planning and assumptions, as well as looking for ways to improve the process and data gathering.
