Led Trading’s sustainability management including transformation in tracking, reporting and governance, embedding enhanced methodologies and reducing exposure to financial and reputational risks. Delivered robust frameworks and mitigated $100m+ in potential per annum revenue losses.Directed digital, operational and cross-commodity initiatives that improved transparency, efficiency and strategic alignment across the trading organisation, including developing and executing an NOJV operating model (>50 NOJVs), running multi-million dollar budget IT projects and developing insights tools with 400+ users.
