As an experienced people strategy consultant, I work with senior executives to develop people and workforce strategies that support the delivery of business and transformation goals. I\'m passionate about the role organisational culture plays in business performance and have extensive experience working with clients to shape their cultures and realign the wider people experience. I have held a number of senior HR roles on secondment, where I have been accountable for both the development and implementation of people strategies.I have significant experience working within FTSE100 organisations and across industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Oil and Gas, Media and Pharma.
