Never Alone Widows is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing community, support, and resources for widows navigating life after loss. Founded with a mission to ensure that no widow has to face life’s challenges alone, the organization empowers women to rediscover purpose and hope while fostering meaningful connections with others who share similar experiences. The organization has directly served more than 7,500 widows and their children, established 60+ local chapters nationwide, and hosted an international retreat for refugee widows and children in 2023. I lead creative initiatives to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms as creative director. Responsibilities encompass the typical duties of a creative director, including conceptualizing and executing visual strategies, while also overseeing the development of digital and print assets for campaigns, resources, and events.Key responsibilities include:* Creating and developing digital and print assets for campaigns and resources.* Designing and maintaining branding and guides for various sub-brands.* Updating and maintaining the organization’s website to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience.* Producing all digital and print assets for national conferences, ensuring a consistent and high-quality aesthetic.* Managing email communication and outreach, crafting messages that align with organizational goals.* Uploading and maintaining online courses through Teachable, ensuring accessible and high-quality educational materials.* Providing photography for events, capturing moments that reflect the mission and values of the organization.
