I’m a results-driven Project & Workforce Manager with over a decade of experience leading large-scale business transformation and operational improvement projects across the UK. I specialise in project delivery, process optimisation, and people leadership, with a proven record of driving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering measurable results.At HC-One, I’ve played a key role in major national initiatives — including the rollout of a Time & Attendance system across 200+ care homes and the successful delivery of Flex Force, a flexible working model that significantly reduced agency spend and improved workforce engagement.I’m passionate about using data, collaboration, and agile methodologies to create smarter systems and empower teams to perform at their best. As a Prince2 Agile Practitioner, I combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery, ensuring every project meets its objectives and drives lasting value.Outside of work, I volunteer as a School Governor and PTA member at Wyvern Academy, supporting governance and helping students build interview and employability skills.
