ABOUT SARAH PAIGE

ART Risk Solutions was founded out of a growing need for specialized knowledge and insurance solutions that reduce risk within the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) community. We recognize that every agency, attorney, clinic, Intended Parent, Egg Donor, and Surrogate has unique needs, and that no two journeys are the same. Our highest priority is working closely with our clients to evaluate risk, educate all parties, and empower individuals with the information needed to make confident decisions that protect everyone involved.Education has always been at the center of my work. I believe knowledge creates the power to drive meaningful change—strengthening teams, improving client outcomes, and helping our industry evolve. For more than a decade, I have focused on educating our team on best practices, guiding clients through complex insurance decisions, and working within the ART community to better understand and mitigate risk.It has been a privilege to play a small but meaningful role in helping thousands of families come to life. Along the way, I have witnessed both the most inspiring and the most difficult moments of these journeys. Being trusted to support people during such important chapters of their lives is something I hold deeply.Through collaborations with respected professionals and organizations across the ART industry, I have had the opportunity to contribute to conversations and initiatives that help move our field forward. One of the most meaningful moments of my career was working alongside attorney Kimberly Surratt to pass legislation in Nevada in 2019 that prohibits insurance discrimination against women who choose to serve as gestational surrogates.Experiences like these continue to drive my passion to advocate for our clients, support ethical family building, and help create a stronger future for the ART community.
