I have 20 years of business experience in customer service, business communication and conceptual design. I am quietly observant and am often told I see a lot of things others don\'t.My passion is analyzing and transforming information into a story. The story can be with data (whether qualitative or quantitative), understanding a current process, a process improvement, convincing someone to buy or support a product or assisting a fellow team mate professionally or personally. There are so many ways to tell a story. I love creating visual storyboards whether its a photography, PowerPoint presentation, designing a SharePoint site or a creating a communication bulletin.I like to look at storytelling as a recipe. There are a least few ingredients. Sometimes the recipe needs to be precise and other times it can be \"a little of this and a little of that.\" Ingredients must be cohesive and compliment each other to turn into a good product. There are very few things made with one ingredient alone. The greatest storytellers have learned to listen.really listen. Stories evolve over time just as team mates, positions and companies do.
