Lawsons Network is a plug-in-and-go network service for IFAs with clients around the globe. Combining game-changing technology with an industry-leading commission model, regulatory infrastructure and a dedicated investment team, the company is expanding exponentially. Cohesive and holistic in my approach, the overarching focus of my role is overseeing the onboarding of our network members. Leveraging my background in education, I head up a team of specialists to develop our onboarding processes to our IFA Hub, and devise online training solutions that give our members access to the most comprehensive support resource in the industry. In addition, I provide ongoing coaching and support to members in all areas of the business - from placement of their first business case through to hosting bi-month webinars with our providers. Collaborating with the network’s technology partners, I ensure that our comprehensive cloud technology solutions evolve to meet our members’ needs – enabling them to continue to achieve their business objectives and boost outcomes for their clients.
