Lead seasonal directions for own brand and sub brand product ranges- Work collaboratively with designers across all home categories (lighting, furniture, textiles,cook and dine) to create highly inspirational and commercially successful product- Manage freelance designers- Research & rationalise interior trends, macro trends, product trends relevant for allcategories across our Home assortment- Travel to trade shows, create inspirational reports to share across business- Brief Sourcing teams in Hong Kong & India - improve supplier engagement- Creative consultation across Home buying directorate, creating clear sourcing guides- Responsible for all aspects of project management including stakeholder engagement, criticalpath management, presenting and communicating, following product development with designteam, working with press and marketing to execute creative vision, brief Content andMarketing teams on look and feel for Own Brand Home content- Work with Content teams both internal and external to ensure the Brand aesthetic andidentity is maintained throughout all channels- Support Press and Content teams with quotes and articles- Reporting into the Director of Design, Home
