I deliver engaging and educational training and love it! I predominantly deliver training in first aid, mental health, both are fascinating and fantastic subjects. My aim is to provide learners with confidence in their skills, how to offer support to friends, family and colleagues, knowing signs and symptoms for poorly physical and mental health issues, how to treat/support these concerns, and where to signpost for help. I also deliver training in ADHD, Autism and Neurodiversity at work and in schools. Learn and understand how to work with these brains to get the best for them and from them.
