I am Counsel at Barclay Damon LLP, a full service law firm with offices across the Northeast and Toronto. I concentrate my practice on federal and state complex commercial litigation matters involving a variety of business disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, employment & non-compete, business tort, and business divorce matters across many industries.
