ABOUT SARAH NOTARFRANCESCO
I completed my Ph.D. in Biotechnology in 2022 and, after a period of 1 year as an R&D consultant, I am currently working as a researcher at the Italian Applied Research Centre of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. I am engaged in combining biotechnological knowledge with innovative R&D projects for the development of Industry 5.0. My whole career has been based on innovation and I am interested in having a comprehensive view on the use of resources to promote the circular economy at regional, national and international levels. I believe that the future is possible with the continuous collaboration of human minds, able to support the global economy with the help of digital tools.
