ABOUT SARAH MYERS
I graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law with a certificate in Business Litigation in May 2021 and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in November 2021. I am currently a third year associate at Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A, practicing in Environmental Law and Policy (specifically remediation of federal Superfund Sites under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)), Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and Bankruptcy/Creditor\'s Rights. I have experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease and sublease agreements, reviewing title reports, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, zoning reports, and Phase I environmental site assessments. I also have experience with complex environmental issues pertaining to sophisticated corporate clients, particularly with respect to various issues arising under CERCLA, RCRA, and related federal and state regulatory regimes.
