Summary: Commenced proudly working for BT in April 2019 in the Property & Facilities Services Team as the Senior Manager for Workplace Proposition. Exciting new role, working with colleagues looking at the Better Workplace Program. Wonderful new P & FS team at the BT hub in Manchester. Previously at RSA for over 27 years, an experienced Category Manager since 2015, responsible for HR and more recently Travel and Banking services, previous to that an SRM since 2007 within RSA and subsequently the Lead SRM (Supplier Relationship Manager) from 2008, when I was responsible for a team of four, having responsibility for HR & Property services contracts estimated value 25million. I was responsible for writing the contract scope, agreeing legal terms working with my legal and sourcing colleagues.The strategic management of suppliers, budget management, thegovernance and compliance of the contracts. From 19••••07 I was an experienced Facilities Manager with expertise in all aspects of Property & Facilities Management, including the management of a team and two propertiesI am self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and hard working. Able to use own initiative, lead a team and work as part of a team. I have excellent customer focused skills, both face to face and on the telephone. I can communicate at all levels within anorganisation.
