Executive Search and Assessment Consultant. Member of full service in-house Executive Search across NBCU’s International portfolio of businesses. Freelance board consultant from 2012 to 2021. Client and partnerships include Nurole, Korn Ferry, JCA Group, Ridgeway Partners, Bleinheim Partners, RCA Limited, McSherry Brown, Bird & Co and Manchester Square Partners. Recent assignments include various FTSE Chairman and Non-Executive Directors, a FTSE 30 Finance Director and a Global Advisory Board for a Luxembourg based,$30 billion, Telecoms and Technology holding company.Sarah joined RRA\'s London Office in January 2005 as a Consultant in the Board Practice and left seven years later. Her focus being Non-Executive Director, Chairman and Main Board appointments. She also coordinated the European Board PracticeFollowing a year working for Savills plc, Sarah entered executive search in 1998 as a researcher in the Board Practice at Heidrick and Struggles. Whilst in this role she worked on a wide range of assignments in both the public and private sectors. Having taken a year off, she then joined Hanson Green in March 2003 and continued her specialisation in Board Level Appointments.Sarah graduated from Nottingham University with a BSc in Geography.
