ABOUT SARAH MORGAN
Working for the UK\'s number 1 IT solutions provider Softcat as a Regional manager, supporting our Corporate and Public Sector sales teams across Dublin, Birmingham and our Internship program in Manchester.Previously managing the Bristol region. I started my Softcat journey in the Dublin office in 2019, relocating to the Birmingham office in 2020, where I took on the role of managing a team of 8 new starts. I have now progressed into a regional management role, managing 13 Managers across my 3 regions, and their teams consisting of 30 reports across PS / Corp, and our internship program. As part of this role, I am responsible for hiring, onboarding and upskilling both direct sales employees and my direct managers, working on personal development and progression opportunities for my aspiring leaders. My role also requires me to be: supporting with quarterly KPIs, target management, accurate forecasting and the growth of new and existing business. Alongside this, I work with my client base in the West Midlands, to offer the best value-add service, and work as an extension to IT teams.
