About Sarah Moore
I am a 2022 graduate of the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Kansas. I am currently seeking a job as a reporter or an editor. My love of journalism has only grown through my work as a reporter in multiple newsrooms and as an assistant on various marketing teams. I am eager and prepared to enter the professional media community. Through my work at the University Daily Kansan and Made in Shoreditch Magazine, I learned to write articles independently, edit writing objectively and brainstorm with a team. In my position as the marketing assistant at the KU Theatre and Dance Department, I learned to write social media posts and draw conclusions from analytics. Some of my additional skills include creating page layouts in Adobe InDesign and making graphics in Illustrator. I am also knowledgeable in Tableau, Microsoft programs and Parse.ly Analytics.
