ABOUT SARAH MILNE
I am currently a Client Care Coordinator at Cocoon Day Spa. I work to optimize the client experience from start to finish with a quick booking process, communication of needs to service providers, and helping close sales at check outs. I also handle any complaints by offering solutions, thus maintaining client reviews. In addition, I have improved client retention by achieving over in package sales, which ensure clients will continue to return. I am also responsible for new employee on boarding and intensive Booker- Mind and Body training for new front desk workers. In my previous job, I worked in a residence that housed 3 special needs adults. I spent most of my time working one on one with individual. I was in charge of distribution of medication, planning daily activities, supervision of cleaning, and bathroom assistance. In the time I spent there, I was able to assist in the planning of diet which lead to healthy weight loss. In addition to this, I was able to help reduce the risk of falls through physical therapy and enforcing safe walking and cleaning practices.
