ABOUT SARAH MILLS
I have developed a broad practice in all areas of employment, labour and human rights law. I provide representation on a variety of workplace litigation matters, including wrongful dismissal actions, employment standards, human rights applications, grievance arbitrations and occupational health and safety matters. I regularly appear before arbitrators, various levels of courts and tribunals. In addition to my litigation practice, I also provide practical and strategic advice on HR issues including employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights accommodation, employee discipline, terminations and severance packages.
