I am an MBA Candidate at the University of Windsor, building on my B.Sc. Honours Biomedical Sciences. My professional journey includes working on research funding applications through the ERSO Researcher Portal, leading campus tours and recruitment initiatives as a Lead Student Ambassador, and assisting in the transition of learning management systems to improve teaching and learning outcomes.Outside of work, I have contributed as a Peer Support Counsellor, STEM outreach educator, and event coordinator, where I strengthened my communication, leadership, and project management skills. As I begin my MBA journey, I hope to work in healthcare where I can bridge the gap between scientific research and health disparities, helping to address the disconnect that often prevents people from fully understanding and accessing the benefits of research-driven healthcare solutions.
