I am an experienced Claims Team Manager that thrives on successfully leading a team by empathetically listening, motivating, and coaching. I have over 14 years of Insurance experience. In my current role, I lead a team of senior claims specialists who are responsible for fulfilling major deliverables to our customers at Uber.I am passionate about leading by example and building trusting relationships with my team. My team has sustained meeting and exceeding performance expectation results year over year. As a leader, it is an amazing feeling when my team is exceeding performance expectations and internal eNPS survey results. We value and recognize each other\'s hard work and dedication and like to have fun too. The most rewarding part of my job is coaching and developing professionals to help them achieve their career goals.
