ABOUT SARAH MCGREW

I\'m a dedicated safety professional with over six years of experience in safety leadership and more than eight years in oil and gas operations and administration. I currently serve as the Director of Safety & Training at Byers & Partners, where I lead safety programs, manage incidents and claims, and support field teams with the training and tools they need to work safely and stay compliant. My background includes developing and launching safety orientation programs, managing client compliance through platforms like ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta, and using tools like Quickbase and SmartSheet to track data and improve workflows. I take a proactive, people-first approach to safety — making sure our procedures are not just documented but understood, followed, and consistently improved. I\'m proud of the work I’ve done so far and am always looking for ways to grow. I plan to pursue my CSP certification in the near future as I continue to develop in my career.
