Research, source, and screen passive and active candidates for open job requisitions through cold calling, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter (social networking), Monster, and Bullhorn • Work within an agency environment supporting IT industry roles, including developers, IT project/program managers, network/systems engineers, desktop support, business analysts, data analysts, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity, etc. • Support talent acquisition for open IT job requisitions from small businesses to enterprise organizations, focusing on the Texas, Arizona, Kansas, Colorado, and California markets • Engage in intake calls with hiring managers to review new requisition requests and enable sourcing efforts • Negotiate candidate salaries and communicated proactively on job requirements • Manage multiple searches and remained flexible to shift priorities dependent on job requirements and market • Support hired talent through the onboarding process, including completing background checks, calling references, assisting instructions for I-9 verification, and guiding the benefits/payroll set-up process • Provide talent management by touching base throughout active talent’s contract and address priorities communicated from their direct management • Leverage third party vendors for additional qualified candidates and build relationships with third party vendors • Work alongside HR for processes on workplace compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, and finishes for active talent
