As an adjunct professor, I maintain a voice studio comprised of students pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Musical Theatre. As a voice teacher, I guide students in the discovery of singing with vocal freedom through a solid foundation of pedagogical techniques including optimal posture, breathing, diction, and appropriate style. Students learn a variety of singing styles and repertoire genres in order to be competitive as musical theatre professionals upon graduation. 2017 recipient of The Excellence in Teaching and Campus Leadership Award Other responsibilities including teaching History of Musical Theatre, conducting Women\'s Ensemble, and co-teaching a performance based Opera Workshop course. I use the administrative skills gained in previous employment opportunities in my work as the Music Programs Coordinator for the department.
