I’ve always been drawn to the space where strategy, creativity, and people intersect. That curiosity has taken me from generating leads in manufacturing and biotech, to leading student organizations, to building bridges between marketing, technology, and sustainability.This past summer at BASF, I had the opportunity to- Triple webinar attendance through targeted advertising while maintaining ≥4.4/5 content ratings- Lead 18 focus groups, synthesizing insights into 35 recommendations that guided customer engagement strategies- Redesign intranet pages for 2,500+ colleagues, integrating digital tools that supported a 5-channel sales strategyBefore BASF, I drove growth at Polysciences Inc. by increasing online sessions by 72% and sales by 33%, while also cleaning and analyzing large datasets for trade shows. I’ve also scaled social media and SEO strategies for small businesses, and I bring a strong foundation in data analytics, marketing strategy, and project management.Outside of work, I served as President of Rutgers Students for Environmental Awareness, where I’ve partnered with 30+ organizations, hosted guest speakers, and coordinated events like the NYC Climate Film Festival and Earth Day campaigns. I’m also a crew member of the Rutgers Sailing Team and a small group leader at Rutgers Catholic, which keep me grounded in teamwork, leadership, and mentorship.What ties all of this together? A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and creating meaningful impact- whether it’s for a business, a community, or a team.I’m excited to continue growing at the intersection of marketing, management, and sustainability, and to keep asking the big question: how can we design strategies that create value for both people and business?
