With almost a decade in the crane and rigging industry, my experience spans account management, agreement sales, operations, and now business systems implementation. This background has given me a well-rounded understanding of how projects move from initial customer need through execution—and the internal processes required to support them successfully.Today, I serve as a Business Analyst & Implementation Specialist at Superior Rigging & Erecting, where I work closely with our Atlanta and Orlando team alongside Heaton Erecting and support implementation efforts. My focus is on improving and strengthening our internal systems and processes as we continue to grow. I collaborate across departments to help ensure our teams have the tools, structure, and visibility they need to operate efficiently.What drives me most is building better ways of working—creating clarity, improving consistency, and supporting the people behind the work.
