As a Executive Director, Project and Process Management for CVS Health I am responsible for the strategic development, planning and implementation of initiatives to address short-term and long-term staffing needs in select markets and develop long-term strategies to maintain healthy staffing across the country. I have served as field advisor and key contributor in initiatives and projects that have enhanced the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of our pharmacy services.In my prior role as Region Director, I oversaw the retail store operations and consumer experience for over 240 stores across multiple states in the Southeast region. With experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high performing teams, optimizing consumer wellness through purpose driven leadership and ensuring compliance and quality standards.I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on pharmacy business. I have a strong background in pharmacy operations and business growth strategy.
