About Sarah Marshall

I work as an Associate Attorney at Sherwood & Robert, where I clerked for the two years before obtaining my license to practice. I focus on business torts, nursing home negligence and wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, guardianships, complex litigation, and construction litigation. However, I am always looking to explore other areas of law. I graduated with Highest Honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law in May 2023 with a Health Concentration and a membership to the National Order of the Barristers. Through a dual, accelerated business and law program offered by The University of Tulsa, I graduated in May 2021 with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Law after my first year of law school. While completing my undergraduate degree, I led the University of Tulsa Mock Trial team for four years. I competed on a state and national level with Holland Hall and Bishop Kelley High School high schools under the Oklahoma Bar Association\'s mock trial program for four years.
