About Sarah Marchand
Professionally, I began my career after graduating in 2012 from the University at Buffalo with my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. Since graduation, I have worked as Psychologist with New York State as both a clinician and administrator. Additionally I have held instructional positions at University at Buffalo and SUNY Buffalo State.Personally, I am the mom to 3 amazing boys and I’m married to an amazing man. I have virtually no time for anything (3 boys, remember) and struggle with all the things most women do. I know that everyone feels alone at some point. Everyone has questions they feel too [shy, scared, ashamed] to ask. I know that it’s nice to know there are other who have similar thoughts, feelings and experiences. I founded my private practice in 2020 and made the leap to full-time last year. As a Licensed Psychologist, I have an extensive history working in the Buffalo area in a wide variety of settings, including, but not limited to, hospitals, outpatient clinics, colleges, the VA, private practice and the prison system.
