Leading the delivery of HR Partnering services and support across Aston University, alongside the development of resilient and best policy, practice and compliance in the HROD Department. Working closely with the Chief People Officer in the operationalisation of the People Strategy; specifically those linked to supporting leaders and managers to deliver on their people related responsibilities, focusing on creating a culture of high performance, tackling poor performance and building capabilities and confidence. Working as part of the HROD senior team to develop institutional confidence with HR processes, ensuring equitable, inclusive and consistent processes across all parts of Aston.
