Contracts Negotiator providing negotiation support for customer agreements in assigned territories/verticals. Provide vital legal and operational business support for our Sales, Service, Cloud and Sales Operations teams during mainly customer negotiations.Responsibilities:•Responsible for negotiating, drafting changes, reviewing, structuring, and administrating agreements that establish business relationships with customers and/or partners.• Responsible for analyzing sales transactions to ensure compliance to company policy (including the Kronos finance principles), applicable laws/regulations and other established guidelines and requirements, as well as resolving customer and Field Sales inquiries to achieve high-level customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.•Work on “ad hoc” projects and other responsibilities
