ABOUT SARAH LYNN NADOLNY
My career has been a journey of escalation and taking leaps of faith. Years back, my mentor instilled that nothing grows in a comfort zone, and I live with that in mind. I started my career pursuing retail management and took a jog over into food service for a number of years. What I found was that I loved the human resources aspect of my job in hiring and employee relations. I took my first leap of faith into recruiting in 2012 and haven\'t looked back since. I\'ve had the opportunity to work in RPO, contingent and direct recruiting, and now in corporate talent acquisition. Life is all about capitalizing on the chances you\'re brave enough to take.
