As a substitute teacher, I provided instruction for students K-12 to effectively provide guidance in their teachers\' absence. I quickly adapted to different classroom environments and dynamics and connected with each student in a personal way. I both followed provided lesson plans, and created my own if needed. I kept a positive learning environment and learned the importance of patience, flexibility, and encouragement.
