As Head of External Accreditations for Right Directions, my remit is to manage and act as brand ambassador for ‘Quest’ the U.K Quality Award for Leisure, this covers over 800 leisure facilities / teams nationwide; I manage this program on behalf of our partner organisations Sport England, Sport Scotland, Sport Wales and Sport Northern Ireland. In addition to Quest, I also co-ordinate and manage all other external accreditations delivered by Right Directions, these include IFI, ukactive TAS and Swim England’s Learn to Swim scheme and Public Health Suffolk scheme. Other responsibilities include overseeing the future direction of ‘Quest’, training, recruiting and mentoring assessors, in addition to ensuring that high level support exists for our many assessors, mystery visitors and external stakeholders.
