Delivery of the AECOM Alliance HS2 Old Oak Common Rail Systems Design bid and mobilisation phase - it\'s going to be a challenging programme to support the opening of the station in May 2030. Working as part of the IPT with our HS2 Colleague\'s and building relationships with the wider HS2 design and construction teams. Previously delivered the GWR & Heathrow Express Depot Decommissioning projects to support the land transfer to HS2 BBVSJV for station enabling works on the Old Oak Common Station

ABOUT SARAH LLOYD-MURRAY
I am an experienced Project Manager with over 23yrs experience within the rail industry, with a technical background in track and latterly telecoms and electrification projects. I have experience in managing a multi-disciplined team within a customer focused environment. I have a proven track record in managing contractors. I have sound experience in commercial management and business development whilst maintaining skills in planning and implementing a programme. I am highly communicative with an ability to manage client, user and staff expectations, I consider myself an efficient communicator with good time management skills. I have delivered works on behalf of AECOM, HS2 Old Oak Common Rail System Development team, Network Rail (NR) on the Great Western Electrification Programme (GWEP), West Coast Route Modification (WCRM), NR Enhancement Schemes, Signalling & Telecoms Renewal Schemes and Major Depots works. I have enjoyed the challenges of developing a strong client base on behalf of GRAAY Limited of which I am a Director. Previously I had spent 8 years in British Army, within Logistics Management. I am competent in the use of Microsoft Packages to include: Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook along with a working knowledge of Primavera.
